Oregon Just Transition Alliance
(OJTA) has a new logo! They鈥檙e also sharing information about the Oregon Department of Human Services grant for the Resilient Hubs and Networks grant program, which was passed in their 2023 Resilience Agenda. The Resilient Hubs and Networks Grant is intended to support the community locations and the people and organizations that come together to make their community stronger.

Regeneraci贸n P谩jaro Valley Climate Action
invites the community to join them for P谩jaro Resident PhotoVoice Exhibition, an exhibition of images and stories by youth and community leaders that illustrate how climate change is impacting people in P谩jaro. The project provides P谩jaro residents the opportunity to tell lasting stories and express their fears, hopes, and dreams in the real face of climate change through photojournalism. Meet the participants and see their photographs at the event.
The exhibition will be held May 8, 2024 at Somos, Watsonville, CA. Register .
The Fund for People in Parks
On April 10, 2024, celebrated 10 years with 黑料福利社! They shared pictures from their first project, which was to fund four new telescopes for visitors at , so visitors could better see California condors and the stunning rock formations for which the park was named.

Latino Outdoors
Earlier this month, held a Park Maintenance Day event in the Presidio of San Francisco to help restore the historic near Baker Beach. Built in 1904, Battery Chamberlin was constructed to accommodate the coastal defense artillery developed in the late nineteenth century. The park holds the last 6-inch “disappearing gun” of its type on the west coast. Sof铆a Garc铆a, Client Services Manager at 黑料福利社, volunteered and shared this great picture of herself with event organizer, Aurora Cortes.
