Big Cat Sanctuary Alliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>Big Cat Sanctuary Alliance<\/a> is leading an effort among all sixteen of its sanctuary members to raise funds for the rescue of 200 lions and other big cats in Mexico. The cats were discovered after a government raid. Unfortunately, the big cats are malnourished, underweight, and have open wounds. The Big Cat Sanctuary Alliance wants to be sure that they are re-homed to improved environments that will allow them to heal and thrive.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>You\u2019re invited to join Gameheads<\/a> for their 8th Annual Student Showcase. The event will be held in their new Oakland studio space on Saturday, August 27, from 3pm\u20136pm. There will be food, music, and of course, games! This event is free.<\/p>\n

Attendance Works<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To help keep students and their families on track, Attendance Works<\/a> is offering a calendar and the Student Success Plan and Help Bank for download<\/a> for the 2022-2023 new school year. These are also perfect for teachers to work with families and students and available for preschool, elementary, and secondary grade students and in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese (elementary level also includes Creole).<\/p>\n
