Emergency Prep Help

Are you prepared for an earthquake, fire, or need to quickly evacuate? , together in partnership with the City of Petaluma and Petaluma鈥檚 three Rotary Clubs, will hold a free two-part public workshop series this April. The series is designed to help older adults prepare for natural disasters and other emergencies. Topics covered will include making a plan, fire and evacuation safety for seniors, earthquake readiness, supplies for the home, car prep, and pet safety in the event of evacuation. Participants will receive free emergency go-bags. This workshop will be held simultaneously in Spanish.

Registration is open for (CSCCE) next cohort of Scientific Community Engagement Fundamentals, a foundational online multi-week training for those looking for evidence-based strategies to nurture collaboration in STEM. Join for the upcoming Hep B Hero 5k Run/Walk at San Francisco鈥檚 Crissy Field. The fundraiser will help them to continue their work to save lives through the promotion of community awareness about hepatitis B and increase access to affordable testing and vaccination.
